In this session we take high-end marketplace DEV-Ops frameworks and apply them to single-teacher “Classroom-Ops,” regardless of whether your classroom is in-person or online.
DEV-Ops Frameworks (agile/waterfall/scrum)  are a set of best-practices in software/app development.  The intent of these frameworks is to react quickly to a drop in engagement (sales) resulting in quick fix with minimal loss.
Agile teachers are flexible and focused. They are in-tune with the needs of students. Agile classrooms have an easy-to-navigate user interface and features that just keep coming out to improve the user experience. This session will train you to use "agile" within educational technology, content, and pedagogy to improve student experiences.
