Learning is an inherently social and emotional process. While schools have always focused on academic skills and content, there is a growing body of research and observational evidence showing the link between Social & Emotional Learning (SEL), success in school, and happiness in life. During this interactive session we will explore how paying more attention to SEL can benefit students’ confidence, assist in creating a more positive culture and ultimately improve the learning process. Participants will walk away with ideas and strategies that they can use in the classroom and schools immediately.
